Be Well, our holistic wellbeing program, offers activities, programs, seminars, and resources to help you care for your body, nurture your mind, and invest in your future.


Seminars and events

Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays for Mindfulness Sessions and Wednesdays for Wellbeing Seminars and topics aligned to Be Well topics and themes. Most events can be attended in person or via Teams.

We also offer American Heart Association's Heartsavers First Aid and CPR/AED from 1-5pm PST on the first four Thursdays of each month in Redmond.

All events are free unless otherwise noted.

Wellness coaching

Ignite Your Life Human Performance Wellness coaching programs offered through our Be Well partner Limeade/Aduro can help you achieve positive, significant, lasting change. You may meet with a coach on various topics such as exercise, stress management, nutrition, weight management and more. Learn more about our onsite coaches by watching a short video.
