At the Living Well Health Center, our team of providers is certified to perform many specialized services. Whether recommended by a member of our team or another provider in the community, if you need lab work, a travel medicine consultation, or any immunizations, we can help.

Lab tests

As part of a checkup, to get a diagnosis, or to establish a benchmark, your provider may request a lab test, such as:

  • Blood work
  • Blood sugar (Hemoglobin A1c)
  • Lipid profile
  • Rapid strep testing

Getting immunized can help protect you against the unexpected. We offer many common immunizations, including:

  • Flu shots
  • Hepatitis A and B
  • Meningitis
  • Pneumonia

Travel medicine

It’s recommended that international travelers see a travel medicine specialist at least two months before a trip, even when your destination is “home.”
During your visit, you can:

  • Review current guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Travax
  • Get needed immunizations and prescriptions
  • Receive tailored recommendations around specific infectious and socio-political issues you might encounter
