Nisha Ramji has a passion for building healthcare systems that are more accessible, effective, and centered around what truly matters to patients, driven by the belief that access to quality care is a basic human right. She’s committed to understanding each individual in the context of their life, culture, and values, empowering them to take ownership of their health journey. Nisha is a graduate of the University of Washington's MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program and holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Washington. Now a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in diverse healthcare settings, she began her healthcare career as a Medical Assistant, which shaped her deep respect for frontline care. Her clinical expertise spans Primary Care, Urgent Care, Virtual Care, and minor procedures including biopsies, suturing, and injections. Nisha has served as a team lead in Virtual Care delivery, helped launch and lead Kaiser Permanente’s Bartell Care Clinic, and owned and operated a Medi-Weightloss clinic—bringing a unique blend of clinical and entrepreneurial experience to her work. She has managed large patient panels and thrives in both high-tech and hands-on care environments. Shaped by her international service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Gambia, Nisha brings a multicultural lens to her practice that allows her to connect meaningfully with people from all backgrounds.
Born in Canada and a longtime resident of Kirkland, WA, Nisha spends her free time volunteering in her community, staying active outdoors, and traveling to explore different cultures and cuisines
